Use a selection set to specify the activities and hierarchy nodes that you want to include in the Risk Executive Briefing Report.
To create a selection set, complete the following steps:

On the S3 // Risk tab, in the Import / Publish group, click

On the Manage Selection Sets dialog box, click
Add.

On the Selection Set dialog box, complete the following:

Enter a name for the selection set in the
Selection Set field.
Tip: It is helpful to title it the same as the selected project. That way, when you create a report, it is easy to see which selection set relates to which project.

Use the arrows to select the activities and hierarchy nodes that you want to include in the selection set, that is, the data that you want included in the Risk Executive Briefing Report when you use this selection set. The available activities and hierarchy nodes are those for the selected project on the S3 // Risk tab.
The Selection Sets dialog box groups activities in the same grouping mode as the S3 // Risks tab Activity grid and supports flat mode and grouping by hierarchy. If you group by field, the data in the dialog box is grouped by WBS. The dialog box does not include summary activities or empty hierarchy nodes when grouped by hierarchy.
